Can I cancel my Ercan Parking Booking?

Where is the best place to park at Ercan?
For Ercan Airport parking, we’d recommend a Park and Ride service such as our private company Parking area. Both offer fuss-free procedures and easy transfers. For speed and convenience, the best place to park would be at a Meet and Greet car park.
How long can you stay in the Short Stay car park at Ercan?
Short Stay parking at Ercan is recommended for stays up to 3 days, but you can of course stay for up to week or more, but this is very costly. Please check our online quoting system.
Can I leave my car at the airport for 2 weeks?
Yes, you can leave your car at the airport in a long term car park for 2 weeks. For longer stays like this we’d recommend opting for an our off-airport car park as it’s likely to work out slightly safer and budget amount.
How much is it to park your car at Ercan?
Ercan parking prices will vary depending on the time of year.
Is my Ercan Parking Booking Amendable?
Want to make a change to an existing car parking booking? Yes, it is possible to amend your booking details. You can change dates or Carpark in a few clicks anytime up to the arrival time on the booking. There is no fee for this, you will just have to pay the extra if the new price is higher. We will refund your card, you can easily amend or cancel your booking free by contacting us via whatsapp and online from our website.

Can I Pay on the Day at Ercan?
Yes, you can pay at the car park on the day of your parking. However, this is usually significantly more expensive than booking in advance, and we don’t recommend it.
Is there free parking option at Ercan Airport?
Unfortunately, there is no free parking available, for extended periods of time, at Ercan Airport. However, Ercan airport official car park offer 15 minutes free parking but most of the times its not enought to wellcome your party.
Do you have to Pay to Drop Off at Ercan Airport?
It is possible to drop-off passengers for small amount at Ercan if you park our long stay parking area, provided you use the designated drop-off areas located at the terminal forecourts. You are not allowed to wait, however, but you can also park at the Long Stay car park for free for up to 2 hours.
What does off airport parking mean?
Off-site airport parking means off side parking your car away from the airport and usually requires a transfer to and from the airport terminals. Most off-site parking companies provide regular transfers available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to the terminal you need.
What Happens if I Arrive Earlier or Later than Booked?
Don’t panic; Our car park is ready to accommodate you if you arrive earlier than expected, but you must notify us in advance. If you return late, you will be subject to extra parking fees, which will be payable based on your additional time in the car park. Are you VAT registered?
Yes. we are VAT registered. And we will give you a receipt.
Pre-Booking Questions
What information do I need in order to make a reservation?
Your departure and arrival date also the times of both your arrival and departure – these are really important.
Do I need to book in advance, or can I go straight to the car park?
You always need to book in advance, we want to make sure that there is space for you! Simply fill the request form from our website.
How can I pay?
We can offer card payment by Paypal Account.
We can take cash payments through in autopark.
In some circumstance’s payment can be made upon arrival at your chosen car park, however this does depend on the operator and is always stated on the information supplied before you book.
Do I need to leave my keys with the car park operator?
If you park yourself in our autopark, you can take your keys with you.
But; If you have booked a car park that is providing you with Valet parking or Meet & Greet service, you will leave your keys with the car park.
Can I book parking for a camper, van, trailer, caravan, or motorbike?
Yes, you can, please check the ‘more information’ section on the car parks to see if they accept the mode of transport you require.
Can I book over the telephone?
We do not take any bookings over the telephone. All the bookings are completed online, this also ensures your booking details and payment details are kept safe and secure.
What times should I give for vehicle drop-off and pick-up?
Always give yourself plenty of time! We suggest that you allow at least 2 hours prior to your flight time and 3 hours if you are flying long haul.
When you return allow for passport control and baggage collection time, we suggest around half an hour.
What does the car park’s insurance cover?
This information can be obtained from the car park directly. The details are on your booking voucher. You can access your booking voucher 24/7.
Are car parks safe and secure?
We are make sure they have all the required insurance for the safe keeping of your vehicle. It is always the operator’s responsibility to ensure that your vehicle is stored as per the terms of your booking.
Where is the car park and how do I get there?
All the information relating to your booking can be located on your Booking voucher. You can also view this 24/7 via Manage My booking on our website.
When will I receive my booking confirmation?
You normally receive your booking voucher within 1 business day. However, there are circumstances whereby the voucher will come directly from the operator of your car park and in those circumstances, it may take a little longer.
Always check your junk / spam mail as sometimes your voucher may have been sent there.
I need to cancel my booking. What do I do?
Our parking at Ercan airport comes with the freedom of being able to amend or cancel should your travel plans change. 100% refunds are available. Just contact us any time for refund.

Our autopark is reservation required and open 7 Days / 24 hours.
